This week at our table

Tea is a small, daily ritual, and we treat it like one. Everything here is blended in batches small enough to taste the care, from leaves and herbs we choose by hand.

We are re-blending our calm evening tisane this week. The lemon balm,Melissa officinalis, came in greener than the last batch, so we pulled the chamomile back a touch to let it lead. If you have the old tin, you will notice. That is the point of blending by hand at a table.

We do not sell the idea of calm. We blend a tea by hand, and we tell you exactly how to make it well.Rooted in healing, guided by nature

When a seasonal blend runs out, it runs out. The spice blends are small batch and the herbs are what the season gives us. We would rather send you a note than sell you a tired version of something good.

Nothing here is rushed. From the grower to your kettle, a few quiet steps keep every cup honest.
